Britpick Question
What type of spring flowering trees do you have in England? Do you have flowering cherry trees or dogwood? Or something particularly pink? Thanks.

I found a very pretty flowering tree (Purple Leaf Flowering Plum Tree)at this site.
And a catalog of flowering trees at this site:

There are photos both places, and descriptions, so that may help.
And I used my night blooming cereus icon in honor of the whole botanical tie-in! ;)

Almost every park has flowering cherry trees. We are pretty much inundated with them over here!
