Muse Issues

Can someone please kick the Ten2 muse out of my head and help me find my Nine muse again?  I know exactly where the next chapters of both You're What? and Hunger Moon are supposed to be going and all I can think of right now is this new plot for an alternate Ten2 story and it's driving me crazy!

Yeah, well I loaned out Nine muse to solarflare (not that I'm blaming her for fully working him over, I would have too!) and he's been useless ever since he wandered back all worn out and exhausted. Don't think I want to send out my Ten2 muse, even if he's hyperactive and full of nervous energy, if he's going to come back in the same sort of shape as Nine did.

I can't find my season one dvd set. I have a feeling it fell behind the headboard, which requires moving the entire bed and it's solid pine and too heavy for me to do on my own and DH is busy. But I read In Human Hands again to get my Nine muse thinking along Ninish lines again and I think maybe it's helped.

Maybe that would work if the Ten2 Muse weren't more interested in setting up a plot and an actual story and thinking that sex, if it happens, is going to be somewhere around chapter 22. *laughs* He's not quite wanting to be distracted by smutty Rose Muse, darn the man.

I am with her about filling up on 9 viewing, but I think the Dalek episode is far more powerful for showing their caring for each other. I am in the process of rewriting PTOW in my universe and am going to have to watch Dalek then Bad Wolf/PTOW to get everything just the way I want. Then on to 9 and Rose smut bits with some interesting twists. Hope you find them as interesting as I do :)

Just watch the 'resonating concrete' scene in The Empty Child, when he jumps down from the ledge and give Rose that smoldering look. If that doesn't work, I don't know what will. ;)

Not sure that would be safe loaning him to you. I remember Helping Hand (right, that was your story at Teaspoon?) quite clearly and I think you might just wear him out. And I've got plans, oh, have I got plans for him!

Yes Helping Hand was my fic. I'm rather pleased you remembered it. That was Nine and I actually haven't writen much in the way of Ten but I do have a Ten2 fic in the works. Not sure if it will see the light of day on not. I just figured if you sent your Ten2 muse to me for a while I'd be able to work out how I want to write the sex scene. I have everything up until they done have teh sex. That all came really easily and I"m quite happy with it but then my muse stopped and now I'm floundering.

OH well, I've read what you've done with your Ten2!Muse and I'm quite happy you kept him and he's making you write the Zepplins fic. But Nine!Muse better come back. I need more 'Your what?'.

Hmm...maybe I can clone him and send you the copy? *grins* Ten sex is very different from Nine sex and Ten2 sex seems yet again slightly different from Ten sex. Very different muses are necessary. Tell you what, I'll send you smutty Rose muse. She can really get the...I was going to say juices flowing and realized how bad an innuendo that was...but anyway, she works pretty well for me.

She is beginning to realise this. My problem is that I want to write this completly from Ten2's POV. I've never written sex from a completely male POV, but it's important to me for this fic.

Have you read Inflame? It takes place later in the same series as Sacrifice (but as with the other stories in the series was written before Sacrifice). Chapter one is sex completely from Ten2's point of view and maybe reading it will help you in figuring it out?
