Fic Update
Yeah, well, I didn't write for most of this week. It was semester assessment time for the state, something required by the virtual school we homeschool with, and it takes a lot of time. But I dotted all my i's and crossed all my t's and jumped through all the hoops like a trained...something that jumps through hoops...dolphin? Anyway, so I didn't write this week. I vegged and watched Fringe and Human Target and Leverage and Burn Notice instead.
But I wrote today and finished chapter two of Proof Positive and it turned into a three chapter fic (I know, I know, but it isn't my fault!). So anyway I've sent it off the Amy to be beta'd and to Victoria as well, but she and Peter are out on a date tonight, so I won't get it back from her until tomorrow, so I'll post it then sometime. I'm too tired to hunt up a second beta otherwise and am going to bed early.
That means I won't finish the new chapter of Hunger Moon until later. It's half written and is next on the agenda after Proof Positive is finished.
Oh, and in action figure news, Mickey managed to fall down. He dropped his gun at Martha's feet and is now in pushup position. Martha is wearing the Doctor's ghost hunting gear from Army of Ghosts and looks like she's hosing him down with the funnel thing. Gwen is on her back again! She spends more time there than on her feet, even if I put her in the stand so she doesn't have to teeter on those high heeled boots. The Great Coat with special Jack accessory is also on his back next to Gwen. I think something might be going on, but they are both claiming it's completely innocent. Nine and season one Rose are surprisingly upright (they haven't spent much time upright since Rose went missing for a few days) and Ten and season two Rose are dancing and minding their own business. Donna, Blue Suit Ten with sexy specs, and K-9 are off in their own little world ignoring the rest of them.
