It All Comes Back to Doctor Who
Sometimes you just stumble on something that screams the Doctor and Rose. These lines in an autobiography I was reading did this for me.
“There are a few moments in life when a person’s entire purpose shifts,” Martin says. “This is the second time for me. The first time was when our hands touched.”

I'd love to see what someone might make of it as a prompt. My brain is too tired to even try. It might be the 102 degree fever. I think it is probably more Nine/Rose than Ten/Rose or Ten2/Rose, but I'm not that picky.
