My day and fic updates
So today was quite the productive day. I wrote chapters 2 and 3 of Pushing the Boundaries and posted chapter two. I've got 1000 words of ch. 33 of Of the Vortex done. I plotted out chapters 34 through 40 of Of the Vortex Born, figured out how Jamie is going to get her memory restored, what the heck was up with the Ganyites and the Ritauels and how the story ends! Excited on that one. DH helped me brainstorm over a meal out. Oh, he also helped me brainstorm the two follow up stories to Pushing the Boundaries in the Crossing Boundaries series. They will be called The Boundaries of Temptation and The Boundaries of Desire. At least those are currently the working titles.
Let's see, DH and I went to Lowe's to get some more bits for the bathroom remodel. I helped him build the framework for the new wall in the bathroom and we put up sheetrock on one side of it and attached the shower and tub pipes. Tomorrow he will put in the corner pieces and will tape and mud in the morning while I take Rose to dance class. Tobias is sick, he missed school today, and is running a fever, because someone else sent their kid to school sick earlier this week. He won't make it to his tap class tomorrow. At least the meeting for the kids in the Nutcracker has been moved to the 27th.
So while Rose is at dance and Tobias is with my mom I'll get an hour to write. After dance we drop Rose off with my mom and DH and I go down to pick up the new bathtub. It's white and pretty, if plain. I don't mind. It's white. Did I mention it's white? No more ugly off yellow tub. I can write on the drive down and the drive back, too. I'm hoping that means ch. 33 of Vortex will be done and then I will work some more on Zeppelins. DH and I did some brainstorming on the alien menace in that story, too. And for some stuff in Hunger Moon as well. I feel like I'm going to have everything up and running again pretty well soon. If this keeps up Vortex should be finished by the end of the month. Finally.
I want to get OTVB wrapped up and one of my other Nine fics finished. I don't like having so many WiP's going at once, it's quite stressful at times and scatters my attention far too much. Three should really be my limit.
