Grr, argh...
Well, somehow I've managed to get up to 1032 words on the next chapter of Hunger Moon. Fic is being so stubbon today but it's also refusing to let me write anything else at the moment. Stupid fic. *kicks it hard* I still haven't gotten them out of bed. No, they aren't doing it. They're just talking about what happened the last time they did it. And why. *sighs* And now they've stopped talking. Maybe I should go work on that naked Nine swimming fic just to teach them a lesson. I'm sure no one would mind if I made smut. If alt!Nine muse will let me. *glares*
Meanwhile the tub and shower demo is almost complete. We should be able to bleach the floor where the tub used to be tonight and then install the moisture resistant sheet rock tomorrow and build the new wall frame. I'm going to cover the tub in bleach soaked paper towels overnight as well. Then rinse it off and then comet or ajax the heck out of it before we reinstall it. I wish we could put in a new tub. It's so ugly, this off yellow color, but that is a few more years down the road, methinks. It's a stupid, odd-sized tub with a center drain and even with tearing out and rebuilding the wall we can't use a bigger tub. So it'll be a special order to replace it. Even the cheapest are $400 plus $150 for shipping and we've already sunk $700 into fixing just what needs to be fixed. Unless I want to dip into our Disneyland fund (no, thank you), a new tub will just have to wait. A new surround and the yucky moldy underwall being gone will be good enough.
Okay, enough of a vent, time to go back to wrestling with Nine muse. Actually, that sounds kind of appealing. Wrestling with Nine...mmm.

Can totally sympathize on the bathroom. I wish my husband and I were as handy as you seem to be. We are about to have a major kitchen remodel, and new tile in half the house and everything is all disheveled and confusion, and I'm not going to have a kitchen for the next MONTH. At least. Probably closer to two. *panics*
BTW, I am totally and completely adoring A Sky Without Zeppelins. *Hopes for another chapter soon!*

I don't think I could stand not having a kitchen. I love cooking and it would be very hard and I know that's next on the agenda. At least tearing out the countertops and replacing them is. Not a full kitchen remodel.
I'm going to try to have a chapter of Zeppelins up by late Saturday PDT.
