More Grumbles on Muses

Well, this is just it.  I am not loaning my Nine-shaped Muse out again.  I'm just not.  He comes back all used up and rusty and broken and useless!  *sighs*  3765 words, a prologue, chapter one and part of chapter two later, Ten2 Muse is firmly in control.  It's quite AU/AR and totally out of canon, but it works.  I think.  I'm sorry.  I'm so sorry.  I wasn't strong enough to resist the lure.  The tragedy.  But oh, I like this new story.  Sent it off to Amy to beta and if I'm not deliriously wrong about it actually being good, I'll post the prologue/chapter one tomorrow and try to kick my Nine Muse back into productivity.  Well technically today sometime since it's 2:37 a.m. and I so need to go to bed.

Don't be sorry; your Ten2 muse is new and like all young ones he needs more of your attention right now. It doesn't mean your Nine muse really is used up-you just have to focus on the new kid for a bit and then, when you are less exhausted, you can have some fun with Nine again! ;)

He is in need of some cuddling, I think. Nine needed a vacation, I think, but I read some of Rallalon's Nine stuff and that seems to be helping me find him again.
