I love how happy John and Rose are in this chapter. They are worried about Tosh, but while they are making love no one else in the world exists. I love how attentive and focused they are on each other. It was so hot the way John listed, and showed Rose, all the things he loved about her. It is the stuff of dreams!
Of course you have their fun loving sense of humor on display: After a few minutes of stroking, he sighed. “I don’t think it’s going to be useable any time soon,” he told her. He was still only halfway hard.
“Did we kill it?” Rose asked.
“Oh, no,” he assured her with a laugh. “He’s just feeling his age. We’re lucky we got what we did out of him.”
I am trying to forget what is in store for John and Rose and just enjoy their journey. Jackie is going to hit the proverbial roof and it is not going to be pretty. I think it may be entertaining though!
