Because when searching for a good apartment she wants to find a place that not only has a good balcony to use her sniper rifles from, but one that can also accommodate her snow globes.  (And no I don't think she was just saying that to get Michael's attention, I genuinely believe she collects snow globes!)

She does! Her snow globes were brought up once or twice in previous seasons. I love that little detail.
