I have to say you make valid points. Although, I am holding onto the belief that Moff wrote him a bit Ten-ish to start with as a way of easing viewers into a new Doctor. I hope I am right on that account.
In regards to the TARDIS intereior and fingerprints, if some fanfics are to be believed she's self cleaning so maybe there's no need to worry, or maybe Gallifreyan technology is superior and there won't be fingerprints.

I agree though, I want to see Matt shine.

I rather enjoyed the episode, including the thing with the other DOctors, although it had been done in TND, I thought it was kind of an interesting way of introducing him as the new one.
