Will definitely be praying that your FIL will get the circulation back so no further surgeries will be necessary!

And that's definitely a good thing to go for some physicals and try to catch any of those buggers when they're small, if they should happen to be there. ;) Prevention is by far the best cure!

Hopefully things will settle down soon and you'll be able to get back to your writing headspace again. Not said just for my own selfish reasons, of course, ;) but because I know how awful that is when you're so stressed from RL that you can't escape into something that you enjoy doing. *big hugs* ♥!
