I've got one thin to say about Rose and Johnathan's wedding. Well two words really. Scottsman and Kilt. I think the man looks quite gorgeous in a kilt. I'm sure Rose's new step sister can help her with the arangements despite the short time involved. Might be a good way to flesh our her relations with her new extended family.

The wedding for Donna and Lumin was lovely and they certainly deserved it after everything they went through such as the coma and the last fight with the Caligo. I hope that being stuck in a human form (if that really is permanent) doesn't put a strain on the relationship between James and Donna. That kind of frustration can lead to an emotional toxin in any relationship if not dealt with properly.

One thing I am curious about is that both Lumin and Harkness know (or suspect) that John is basically a created being that is only several months old. If that information comes to light for Johnathan such as the rate of cellular decay and such. Or if the doctor didn't do a good enough job in putting him in the life of the old Johnathan Smith if someone is determined enough to really look into it. (like Captain Jack, he's way too nosy) I can't imagine what that would do to Johnathan, questioning who he is, possibly what he is, if he's truly good enough for Rose. It might even crack some of the mental barriers beyond what's bleeding through in dreams. After all his past is just facts, and vauge impressions, no true memories till he stepped off into London with the clothes on his back and a piece of the TARDIS. Jack may be just the one to figure out pieces of that, especially with a the creation of a new time vortex so that he might be able to sense the ripples of someone tweaking with and creating a timeline for Johnathan when he had none there before.

Of course this is all just my own blind speculation but maybe a bit of angst and a challenge in John and Rose's relationship will do them good. They've had such and smooth and almost flawless run except for the alien encounters that it's almost a modern fairy tale. And even if some of Johnathan's true memories do come back, he's got both Rose and his baby TARDIS. And there are alien adventures to investigate here. He could heal that way as well and move on. Though I doubt there's a way to get them all back, the fob watch that was part of the chamelion arch, well the Doctor didn't have it anymore and Johnathan didn't have it with him when he was left here. Still it would be interesting if he became a bit of a blend between the Doctor and Johnathan. The question is how far to take it if that is where you wish to go. As if the sea voyage and new aliens that are probably drawn to the birth of a time vortex isn't enough to play with.

Okay enough of my fangirl ramblings so I'll let you go for now. But seriously you better put Johnathan in a kilt when he gets married.
