You're so right about not washing your hair every day. I wash mine three days a week, and even then, I only use shampoo at the roots. I'm a curly girl, too, and wish I lived near your salon. Japan is notoriously short on curly girls, although wavy hair is not uncommon, contrary to stereotypes. And, er, what's the name of that curling cream?
