Duh, I'm a moron - meant "metric" system.

I've heard the UK still uses a mix. I've heard km and Celsius, then people saying they dropped stones (?), but they still ask for pints of beer.

I haven't been following the series with Andromeda as obsessively as I do this one, but I like her character. Although I think I'm always a little afraid the Doctor will whack Jack for messing with his baby girl!
