It's not constant. It goes away when he's not touching Rose, or thinking about touching Rose. Or sleeping. *giggles*

No, Lumin is not Lumic. Lumin's name choice is deliberate, but it has nothing to do with John Lumic or Cybermen or any of that stuff. I've done Cybermen in Repercussions and they have no place in this story.
