Sometimes I think Ten’s never forgiven himself for putting both of them in the situation where she’d want him to change back, i.e. not having explained regeneration before he’d regenerated. Would have made the “what have you done with the Doctor” questions completely redundant.
But then again, you prefer Nine/Rose (I think? That’s the impression I get from your LJ at least) and I prefer Ten/Rose (and the original Tenth Doctor at that), so we’re probably not going to agree on this completely anyway ;D
