Britpick Question

Do you have a term for someone being dressed up really, really fancy but sort of feeling out of place because it's not their usual form of dress?  Preferrably in reference to a female.  Looking for a colloquialism or an expression probably that Jackie would say when she sees herself in her wedding dress.

Gladrags on. Dressed up to the Nines. Someone who is sort of older, and then dressed up looking out of place might be referred to as Mutton dressed up as Lamb, but that would either be a comment from someone else in a bitchy way, or said by Jackie herself in a sort of 'look at me, mutton dressed up as lamb, I feel a right fool'.
